I started with the veggie bun. I honestly did not know what to expect from a vegan steamed bun filled with beyond meat, guacamole, and vegan mayo. But- IT WAS BOMB. I freaked it with some ginger soy sauce to dip. I could have crushed like 3 or 4 more of them.
